Shoeshines hosted on the CBD streets intermittently across the 17 days of the festival. Shoeshiner will be dressed in orange and black, and the equipment will be Dark Fringe branded. Roaming and versatile, Dark Shines will be seen on city street corners spruiking good looking shoes and Dark Fringe events.
